i have the game on steam i like it a lot but there is one problem the elevators when they go down no problem when they go up my character passes throught it ?

if they work on this version ill buy the game again asap

There's practically no difference between this and the GOG version.

The basic TLDR: Elevators technically work but are so fiddly and specific that most people give up and install a mod that includes competent elevator like solutions.
