I couldnt find anything for this topic so here goes.

Is there a way to block items in multiplayer that users made with admin mode in singleplayer?

It gives an unbalanced game when one of your friends joins your server with all the latest and greatest in items, armor and weapons made with admin mode in his own singleplayer world.

Does it make any sense?
