Have a windows 10 machine with all appropriate updates. Was running Windows 7 when I originally got X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter and it ran fine. Now, the opening menu launches, and it'll start to launch, but never actually loads the game. Also, when I try to use the newest install, the options come up fine; however, when the terms are accepted, the installer just sits on the menu art -- not doing a single thing. No error messages are thrown. Same results happen in compatibility and admin modes. I was trying to give GOG time to update for Win10 before I tried playing this again and hope it'd be fixed.

Anyone have any suggestion? I need to blow up some TIEs something fierce.

Thanks!

I have just installed the game into a new ROG Laptop which has a CD Rom. when I go to run the game it is asking for a CD. As a digital download I don't have one. Anyway around this?
