I am using CrossOver application with my imac (3.4 GHZ Intel Core i5) to allow me to play Star Wars X-Wing game on my imac. It works very well with the earlier versions and F-117 Night Stealth fighter.

I am trying to open Star Wars X-wing (1998 version) but it would not allow me to open it as it says that it must be plugged by Joystick (?) WTF?!

I purchased Joystick mapper application from App Store and used my xbox-360 controllers, PSX3 controllers to get it working.

It didn't work when I tried to open Star Wars X-wing (1998 version).

The joystick mapper didn't work when I tried to use it with Descent 1+2, F-117A Nighthawk Steath Fighter 2.0

Any advice please.

Is it weird that upon reading the thread title I was expecting the thread to read "I've been hit!!!"

I have purchased Thrustmaster USB Joystickj (PC) from Amazon and am gonna to test it out.

If it doesn't work then I can send it back to Amazon!
