I just got the game. Love it. So much feels. Anyway, i cant get past the family mission where you cover for aeron and pick up the warheads. Everytime I try to dock with the container, i get the message ive docked but when i take off, the container stays put. I try to dock multiple times and it stays there. Im stuck and I want to keep playing. Help!

If you're using dock command SHIFT-D, try using pick up command SHIFT-P. IIRC Dock command is used for docking with bigger capital ships/stations. Pick up is used to, well... pick up stuff and transport it around, when you get to your destination you might have to release the object with SHIFT-R. Hope that helps.
