So i just reinstalled and when i went ingame (into combat) I got this really loud, modern, non-star wars music playing. Music was fine in the menu screens.

Anyone else had this? And if so how can i get rid of it?

DOS or Windows version?
Because depending on the version it might be a different problem.
It was the 98 version, i did intstall the 95 version to check but it didnt like my xbox controller and I couldnt get past the calibration screen

EDIT: I just installed the 94 version and the music was fine but i want the 98 version as it works better with my controller
EDIT2: 95 is ok (unplugged my wheel) for the music, but like 94 doesnt recognize all the buttons on my controller

Ok i just bought the Steam version of X-wing and i have the same issue, both the Original and Collectors CD versions have normal music but the Special Edition version has the odd, modern, non-SW music
