Which disk?
Windows version I gather?
Because the DOS version can be made to work with DOSbox quite easily.

Besides, I doubt GOG is allowed to do that with non-CD Projekt games, they were able to do that with The Witcher because they are basically the on-line shop branch of CD-projekt.

I don't think that GOG redeems any old physical copy, sorry.

Now,
- if your CD is the DOS version, it can be installed inside a DOSBOX environment, and it works just fine in Win10
- if your CD is the Win95 version, then you should be able to install it using the alternate setup packages described here and then apply the wrapper that you find here
