I can't get cinematic cutscenes to run properly no matter what resolution I pick. even in 640x480 cutscenes occupy only the top 1/3 of my monitor in a sorta letterbox looking thing all flattened. Don't seem to see any other people having a similar problem.

Running an asus r8 280x

I'm running on a 40' LCD screen in 1080p resolution.

I have a 1440p monitor running the game at 1440p but the cinematics are only on the top left of the screen

EDIT: Shortly after this I used the Windowed Mode trick in the related thread in this forum. Worked like a charm!
