I couldn't find any mods for better GFX, do you?.

This is essentially a n64 port but with higher resolution and detail so you won't find any mods.

The game is fully compatible with antialising and anisotropic filtering so if you want to use that you can.

Also for sound you can force 44khz sound by adding -f 4 at the end of your games shortcut. I'm not sure if this is the same as enabling high quality in the audio options but it made an improvement for me.
