I'm not sure if this is a frame issue but I notice that enemy and friendly NPC fighters sort of bob and twitch erratically during flight. I think that they are supposed to be doing a similar motion but slower since it looks like they are just shaking apart. I have v-sync on in the settings but I wonder if it might be a core priority issue but I can't seem to open the task manager while the game is running.

Even after setting my core affinity to only one core, the game still seems to be erratic like you described. I had to set the compatibility settings to Win98/ME for some reason to get the game to slow down back to normal speed. The main menus to get into the game are very slow with that option enabled, but the rest of the game seems to run at a normal framerate this way.
I'm having this issue too. Very annoying. I hope there's a solution.

EDIT: I found a solution for this: Set monitor refresh rate to 60Hz (previously 144 for me) and enable V-Sync in game.
Apparently, the problem was the high frame rate. This keeps it locked at 60 fps.

Having the same issue.

Friendly and enemy AI ships seem to bob along in an flickering manner.

Edit: Just seen the monitor refresh rate fix - I guess that must be the problem as I've been playing at 144hz too.

Cheers Alpha.
