Hi all,
I've performed all steps above, and still unable to get my joystick to work in the game, despite the start window showing me that the device is detected?
Anyone else had issues where the above has not resolved their joystick issue?

One more tip to add to this.

If your pad isn't being detected, you can tick "Run as Administrator" in compatibility settings.

Clicking "Default in the joystick mapping screen worked for me after that.

The menus seem kind of sluggish and stuttering at times, but the game seemed fine overall.
