darthcircuit: you can run the game in a window by adding a -w to the shortcut, but you cannot change the resolution other than that.
I managed to make the window larger by going to the compatibility section and checked it to run 640 x 480. Everything looks good on my end.

lordbobjones: Is anyone else having display issues. The icons for the various items are all upside down. For instance when you go to a planet and look at the characters there, the names appear up in the window rather than below the icon and the icon is upside down.

Any hints?
Can you change the compatibility mode to windows 98/ME, that worked for me

You can also go to the install folder and change the compatibility settings for the shortcut (Run in 640x480 screen resolution). Works for me, however, the button textures are upside down and the color is off.
