Hi all

The game booted once in Windows 8 (full screen), ran correctly, crashed several hundred days in, and now won't run again.

So far I've tried:
*running in each possible compatibility mode
*uninstalling and re-installing

Anyone got any advice?

so windows 8 or 8.1,?
you should enable direct play to run old games

you should enable direct play to run old games
Sorry, I left that off the list - it was already enabled, so I disabled it and re-enabled it but it hasn't helped.
