tgchaplain: So I used to play this game a lot when it came out on GoG initially. But now when I've gone back to play, everything comes up as distorted and in black and white. I'm running this out of Windows 7, which has worked before. Any idea what could be causing this?
Which Graphics Card (GPU) are you using on your windows 7 system - I have this problem on NVIDIA GPU, but not on ATI/AMD GPU. Black and White colors in old DDraw and GDI games is Windows 7 specific issue that using DxWnd (tool aimed to play old games in windowed mode) can sometimes fix in some games.
For this particular game I have managed to fix this issue on my Win7 NVIDIA GPU System by playing game in fullscreen mode (untick window mode and set it to desktop) with DxWnd (just do not forget to remove 640x480 compatibility mode from REBEXE.EXE file because it will introduce undesired graphics effects in DxWnD).
