Hey guys. There used to be a site called SWRebellion.com that was a focal point for many Rebellion/Supremacy players. It's still there, but it's deteriorated and the staff have said they were gonna make a new website. This was last October. Well it's mid-March and there's still no word of them or the site. I figured some of them might visit here, so could you give former SWRebellion.com-goers an update?

The website just relaunched, they were having trouble due to lack of funds/time and needing a new host.

Where did it re-launch? Same URL? The forums there have been down since January.

There was an announcement that the forums and page are up again on April 1st,(I don't think it was a joke) but on April 8th the forums stopped working with an SQL error and have been that way ever since. I don't know what the hell is going on with that page.

Hey Knightcrawler and others SWRebellion.com has been touch and go I cannot register and my old profile is gone, but they had the forums up today for how long is a good question. The guys are working on getting everything back to the norm. (might need a jedi master's (WEB Master) help though. I am still trying the modding thing and I need some help, so i will keep my fingers crossed.

I was there as Lord La forge. We were working on a mod "Rebellion Reloaded" there. Good times. I still use some of those cards and gfx.

I wonder if any of it is still accessible with all the errors the site has atm. The default ships and troops could use a decent rebalance and I think I lost the editor ages ago.

To answer my own musings, yes the downloads section of the site still works. However, when I used RebEd to try to alter the default cards for Imperial troops (so AT-ATs attacked better than foot soldiers for example) all Imperial troops vanished from the galaxy. Either I don't remember how to use it correctly or it doesn't play nice with the gog install.

And to correct that last bit, not sure what went wrong but RebEd is working with the gog install today. Win 7 system.

I was just able to reset my password and was successful in logging in to my old account. You can download files like the editor, but you cannot view the forums. Hope that helps.
