Hello,

I have recently purchased both Kotor games and I am having and issue running them. When I start KOTOR, it brings it up a small windowed screen despite it being set to fullscreen. When I try to change the resolution, there are no options in it. This is the same in the config file, meaning that I'm stuck in this tiny windowed screen. I've tried many fixes, but nothing has worked so far.

What I tried:
>Starting in compatibility mode.
>Starting as admin.
>Changing my entire laptop screen resolution via Nevidia control panel.
>Trying Flawless Widescreen.
>Editing the swkotor.ini file (adding/changing resolution and refresh rate in multiple ways and turning fullscreen on and off)
>Reinstalling multiple times.

Nothing seems to be working. Its like the game ignores the settings for the resolution I put in the ini file and the widescreen fix often just makes the game work in a black screen. Can someone please help me? I'm getting kind of desperate.

Widescreen mods, if badly configured, can be broken with this game. Might be a problem with windows resolution scaling (more than 100%) or your refresh rate (more than 60hz). I'd suggest just running it in whatever resolution vanilla game allows (don't remember exactly) without widescreen.

I'd highly suggest following mod build guide or at least reading the FAQ for kotor1 or 2. Problems like this are explained there. Good luck!
