SInce the bundle is out, I have been told that GOG works better with older games. I own the exact same bundle on steam, however I cannot seem to get OBS to cooperate with KOTOR and KOTOR 2. If you guys have any recommendations on what steps to take to get this functional I would greatly appreciate it!
Allright. I don't mind too much looking like an idiot: what is OBS?

I'm guessing it's Open Broadcast Software. It's for video recording/streaming.

Ok so I haven't tested out KOTOR 2 with OBS yet but I got it to work with 1.

1. Add "Game Capture" source.
2. Alt tab while in KOTOR and right click your created Game Capture source and click properties.
3. Select the KOTOR as the application on that window.

I'm actually using a unofficial version of OBS, but it should work with yours too.

Well the problem is that I add it as a source and it immediately starts flickering and doesn't show up on the preview. Now this is with the Steam Version. I'm curious if it will work with the GOG version of the games. Thoughts?

Although I have a good feeling it's because it's the steam version... I don't know for sure.

The GOG version works fine on OBS, a little tricky to set up properly and some small amounts of random screen flickering at times but that's it.

You add the game as Game Capture but before that you should start OBS with Aero disabled, if using windows 7 (in video settings) then in order to stream the in-game cutscenes you need to add a Monitor Capture (With compatibility mode enabled) then move it under the KOTOR game capture in the list.

I have no idea if this works for the steam version but it works fine with the GOG version.
