I have some mods installed, HQ Skyboxes, Green Grass on Dantooine, BoSSR and I ran into this graphical glitch on Kashyyyk. It isn't impacting game play but it is distracting. The plants have non transparent boxes around them and I'm wondering if there is any fix for this that doesn't involve me uninstalling mods.

You could try the grass fix from this post and see if it fixes your issue.
