I'm at the point where I meet juhani in the grove on dantooine but she doesn't appear the cutscene triggers not with her not being their nothing happens.

I don't think this is a mod problem because I have emptied the contents of my override folder and still encounter the problem can anyone help me?

Emptying your "Override" folder doesn't necessarily solve all problems caused by mods, since your save might be corrupted, or something like that.
Are you sure Juhani should be triggered yet? Visiting her in her grove is the third challenge by the council, do you have your lightsaber yet?

There are tools to edit the save files, so someone more knowledgeable than me might be able to fix it.
