Well I guess it boils down to whether you want completely DRM free copies that you can download, back up and then reinstall to your hearts content without an internet connection or not :) I'd say get them here.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I would get the games on Steam. The Steam version of KotOR 2 has been updated by Aspyr, the guys responsible for the Mac and mobile ports of the games. It now has built in widescreen and gamepad support, as well as stability fixes and they may be doing the same to KotOR 1. Although they want to bring this patch to GOG, there has been no action on it for almost 6 months. This is one of those rare instances where the product being offered on Steam is actually superior to what GOG is offering.
