I see a few people on here have reported the scrolling issue over the past couple of years. I've had this game on all of my machines sinces early 2004 and play it almost every day.

Never had an issue thru XP, Win 7, or even stupid Vista, and Win 10 was fine until just recently. It's been getting slowly worse over the past few weeks. Now no matter what I do (reboot, set compatibility, reinstall, etc) nothing works at all and the game is unplayable.

Has anyone found a fix yet?

Not sure if I've found a fix, but the first time I played, I didn't enable the firewall and it worked fine. The second time I played and did enable firewall access and had this issue. Uninstalled the game, deleted all registry entries, and the firewall access, rebooted and now it works fine without firewall access enabled.
