Have an issue where when I hover over units or something is happening the game stutters, like it freezes for a milisecond.
It's very annoying and I have no idea how to fix this issue.

Anybody else encounter this?

I'm having the same problem. Plus i have the Expanding Fronts mod. I read in some page that you must disable the 60fps unlocker because the game engine is tied to 20 fps.

Does anyone have a solution, please?
