Just reinstalled the game for some nostalgia. Got to thinking, it would be fun to play through the campaigns again but with full tech levels unlocked for each mission.

Anyone know of a way to edit the official campaign files? I'm not even sure what they are. There is a Campaign folder in Game, that contains what looks some kind of definition files when opened in Notepad++. Googling for mission editors doesn't really turn up anything solid, much less how to modify official campaign missions.
