Since I spent a couple of minutes fixing the resolution on Mac I will just leave this here:
Use this guide to install it via the excellent Porting Kit (search "paulthetall episode 1 racer for mac" as I'm not allowed to link it here)
However the resolution will be a disappointing 640x480:
"- Resolution is 640x480. Have no clue yet how to “hack/patch” the resolution to widescreen yet. When discovered, the game page will be adjusted, or port will be updated."
How to fix this:
- Right click on the icon of the game and choose properties
- add -v after the run field:
"C:\GOG Games\STAR WARS Racer\SWEP1RCR.EXE" -v
- run the program again( -v is the option for video settings), choose your desired resolution then press Apply.
- go back to the properties, remove the -v from the command and run the game with the desired resolution.
I had to resized the attached sample to fit the forum's 500K limit :)
