why there is not spanish language in game? this game has this language, why no GOG version?

The answer is always in whether they have the right to publish that. Localizations are often done by entirely separate companies to the developers.

yes.... but no.... when I run the game through the GOG launcher it runs in English, but when I do it from the source folder of this game it runs in Spanish

I am few years later :D On the game icon in the library just right click and choose additional executables and then language setup. I have just discovered this thanks to this post :)
