Hey, I have been getting these white textures in certain parts of the games using that Voodoo 3d acceleration, when I use a resolution that is not 3d accelerated, the game crashes.

Try downgrading to dgVoodoo v2.54. That's the version that I know works with the game without issue. I also believe that I suggested that to someone else experiencing similar issues and that fixed it for him.
