I cannot find a solution to this problem. The game itself runs fine, but the Cutscenes are constantly freezing (but audio plays). Even the Nightdive splash screen and KEX logo screen judder.

I'm running the game at 60fps.

I have the game installed to a Hard Drive (no SSD for me).

Graphics card is an Nvidia GTX 1070.

32GB of RAM.

Windows 10 (64-bit)

I checked game in-game settings, and Nvidia Control Settings regarding Vsync and Maximum Performance, but nothing has fixed the stuttering.

Actually, I tested some other Nightdive games, and they all have the same problem. The opening logos lag very bad, and any remastered cutscenes keep stuttering.
