I'm using Logitech gamepad. It says hit X in the options. I have the target wrapped up, marked, and nothing happens.
I've also tried just with the keyboard. For that, it says the button is 'F'. Doesn't work there either. Mind you those buttons work for everything else they are supposed too.
Is anyone else having issues? If not, what controller are you using?

I had the same problem. You need to have the person tagged by pressing the attack button while you are viewing them with the visor that allows to identify bounties.

I have tried that and it didn't appear to help. I'll try again though. I'm also back and forth with Gog support. So far no luck.
Tried reinstalling etc and no joy.
