Hello everyone !
I never played original Battlefront 2 and i want to change this but i have a one little question.

I have second PC for older games and i like collect games in boxes (retail versions) but i read the GOG version is updated with multiplayer servers. So my question is: what's version of Battlefront 2 i should to buy ? From GOG or retail version (BOX) ?

Since your a collector: buy one for showin and one for blowin. Servers for Gamespy shut down years ago so if you want to play multiplayer you need the GOG/Steam version.

For GameRanger you should buy retail. For GOG multiplayer - GOG\Steam.

It's enough for me. Finally i must play og battlefront 2. Of course later i want try some mods like the clone wars revised 1.2. I will buy on gog. It's have crossplay with steam right? My friend also want to buy but on steam.

Yes, cross-play with S/GOG.
