i need help i will play the new update v.1.3 i have the cd verson v.1.1 i will have v.1.3 version for play the multiplayer in 2019

The unofficial 1.3 patch doesn't restore multiplayer for the disk version. You will need to buy the game digitally here or on Steam if you want to use the official multiplayer servers.
