So I recently bought the game and I installed it on my main PC and my family low end computer. The mulitplayer works for my Main, but when I click multiplayer on my Family computer it says "Unknown Error".

Try signing into GOG Galaxy. When I had the unknown error, it showed not signed in on the bottom left. Once I signed in I could see internet servers.
