No matter what server do I join, i have over 170 ping. Not only me, all players on the server have high ping expect one player who has 50 ping. This is pretty bad because we can't play on the normal ping. Do you know what's the issue? And GoG plz repair this!

you get really high ping because there are no dedicated servers to connect to; instead, the host is using their home network to host 64 players at various distances. only the host has that 50 or so ping because he is on his own network. GOG says they are working on improving and testing a patch to fix these issues and (hopefully) implement some dedicated servers

They need to take Kevin Lockitt's old v1.1 swbf2sm.exe's BattlefrontII.exe file and modify it so it can point to the new GOG DNS servers from the old Gamespy DNS servers. Gamemaster and Gameranger did this. You can host your own PC dedicated server on your LAN envionrment and join but it times you out and freezes your battlefront application so they would have to fix this as well.
