It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

In Windows 7, and I'm wondering if you can play this in windowed mode. Asking because I'd like to stream some Singleplayer, maybe even multiplayer sometime tomorrow, but there's nothing about it ingame, and typing -win in the command line arguments area does nothing.

It should work. Make sure you're not running the game through a launcher or client. Make a shortcut of the .exe from the game's folder and put the /win there.
I have this question too. Adding /win -windowed or -window to the shortcut doesn't work for me either

Edit: Just tried it with dxwnd and that didn't work either

Okay, sounds like the new version changed something with the video settings. Maybe the updated version can't go into windowed mode.

I went ahead and tested it myself and it turns out you can still do this. Make sure you add '/win' at the end of the 'target' text box and it will work. It did for me.
