Anyone know how to get reshade working with this game? I'd like to add one of those classic CRT shaders.

if you're using an nvidia card you need to rename stvoy.exe to stvoy2.exe in order to keep reshade from being overruled by the nvidia drivers. also use OpenGL for your reshare option. here's a reshade preset that looks nice, and there are other presets on modDB (maybe check nexus too) if you want to fiddle with it.
