Hey, so I have a question I was hoping people here might be able to help out with.

When Elite Force released, there were various wallpapers put out by Activision that got posted on websites that are sadly no longer around or have had their old galleries purged. Sites like TrekCore have archived the 1024x768 wallpapers for the most part, but this particular one of Alexandria Munro is not available there and my attempts to find it online elsewhere has not proven successful.

Does anyone have this old wallpaper? And additionally, does the GOG release come with any of the wallpapers?

I'll be damned. I've searched through the old official website on Archive.org, they didn't have anything similar. The only thing that did come up was the IGN page, in the exact low resolution you've uploaded. Sadly, no. Wallpapers and similar goodies have been scarce in recent years' (re-)releases. For Activision titles, we no longer even get manuals as separate downloads, only if they "accidentally" put it in the game directory.
