There is an HD mod from 2017 which I just tested. Just copy everything into your gamefolder and it works out of the box. You may have to edit the autoexec.cfg to enter your desired resolution and change the language from German to English. Everything works: Better textures, better font, widescreen, even cutscenes (apart from the developer logos).

You don't have to start it with another executable like mentioned in the "how to install" segment. It works with GOG Galaxy!

You may have to restart your level, otherwise events may not start.

Just as a heads up for this - Seven of Nine has absolutely photo realistic textures for her face - no one else does. It's absolutely creepy as hell.

Were you able to get Reshade to work properly?

If I run stvoy_GOP_SP.exe it loads, though it messes up the FOV like it's zoomed in or something. I tried messing around with Mediator but I still couldn't figure a way to make fix it.

I think thats not true.
When using the standard exe file you don't get the full HD mod experience as far as I can see.
Or am I wrong?
When I use the WOP exe and the Holomatch exe that comes with the mod the game is unplayable slow on my system cause I only use a HD4600 Intel integrated graphic. With the standard exe the pertformance is excellent.

I played through using the mod files and the standard executable, stvoy.exe. I got the improved textures and fonts without the new shaders. I tried with the Reshade elements, but the game was too choppy and unplayable.

Even without those shaders, however, it was absolutely worth it! The modders did beautiful work. My thanks to Silver83 for the pointer.

If you have the same issue as i do (see below), you have to go to baseEF/autoexec.cfg and change the resolution to your screen resolution.

Thank you very much for making me aware of this mod, it's just the thing I was looking for and was as simple to install as you said. Alongside fixing the display problems in QHD I was having they done a very nice job of blending the updated textures with the original game that I've seen so far. I tried another method to get the game working correctly, but this worked far better and simpler. I got a laugh from this too. I guess they were experimenting with something here lmao. She's the first character you meet on the Virtual Voyager mode and a little jarring to encounter right outside your quarters, but the rest of the cast haven't had this treatment thankfully, lol.

I just anted to say thank you for this, I've tried to get so many mods working and I can't get any of them to work, this one was so simple, copy and play!
