Anyone else experience glitching colors shown in this screenshot (in case it doesn't load: imagine rainbow colors in a glitched horizontal pattern)? Seems to occur when moving around primarily. I thought it was an issue with the V-sync based on another posted and switched the ini file swapinterval setting to 1 based on another post. This didnt seem to resolve the issue.

Also, the video cutscenes don't seem to work, but not sure if this is related.

The cutscenes do not seem to work when setting up a custom resolution that is not a 4:3 aspect ratio. At least for me they're just white.

Regarding the glitches, try this one out:
- Locate the "Launch Star Trek Voyager - Elite Force" shortcut in your installation folder
- Right click on it and select properties
- Go to the Compatibility tab
- Select Windows XP SP 2 compatibility
- Select "Disable full screen optimization"
- Open "Change High DPI settings" and select the first option

This fixed the glitches for me :).
