Me and a friend are wanting to get into this game to play the multiplayer campaign using the Upgrade 3.3 mod, but we're struggling on figuring out how to connect to a server.

Does anyone know of/Have the IP address for a working server? Or do we have to create our own?

I'm...not sure that helps much, unless the exampled Public IP works?

So I gave it a shot, (I'm Experts friend he spoke of) and I learned the guide is at best, dated, at worst, no longer valid entirely. I tried to follow the steps but the software provider no longer provides the connector package which seems to be necessary.

Plus.... neither of us have much experience with this sort of thing.


I have tested a few server platform set ups but they all just close when I select any profile. That is... if I can get them to install in the first place.

Is there no way to just run it on ones own machine with out needing to configure half a dozen things? We just want to have fun on the map lol
