Are you using the Voodoowrapper or a mod? Well, I guess it doesn't matter: the solution is always the same: replace the break model and if that doesn't work replace both the break model and the regular model. A very quick and dirty way to replace the break model is to go to Assets/Models/K'T'Inga, delete K'T'Inga_brk.mod and K'T'Inga_brk.x, make a copy of K'T'Inga.mod and rename that copy to K'T'Inga_brk.mod.

I have the same error sometimes. How do I know which model is causing the issue? The error description doesn't say...
The solution Gulli4 suggested solved the problem for me! I also have no idea which model specifically was causing the crash, but apparently it was the model mentioned in Gulli4's soution.

Thank you!
