Hello All,

I tried installing the game through Galaxy, but it won't work. After accepting the EULA, it spits out an error, "Game not Supported." With Galaxy still in Beta, I'm not going to whine about it. I thought I would provide my feedback.

i just reformatted my computer and getting this to but before i reformatted my pc it installed fine

This is happening to me as well. Just bought the whole collection and all the other Star Trek games install fine. this one just says Game Not Supported and doesn't install.

I cheated, downloaded the backup and installed it. Not as efficient, but works.

Exactly the same situation, Galaxy reporting that the game is not supported. My first real issue with Galaxy, and quite a surprising one considering the game appeared on GOG post Galaxy. The installer downloaded fine from the website though and the game installed just fine. Tried then to "scan and import", but Galaxy doesn't see it.

I have the exact same issue. Bought it in Galaxy, but it won't download and says "Not Supported". This is on my Win 8.1 laptop.

As of today, it is working fine for me. I got it to update and install without issue.
