Happyloaf: You can get the 2nd game and Orion pirate at Dynaverse.net. Apparently, they have the rights to sell these games.
I don't know if I recommend Dynaverse. The whole operation is shady af in my experience. Years ago I ponied up for the "patched" version of SFC2 just because they advertise a number of fixes that the last official patch doesn't address, but when I downloaded the ISO it isn't recognized by any ISO/CD image software.
Apparently the genius that runs this place used some antiquated shareware CD ripper called MagicISO and used a non-standard format that no other image reader/mount software can read.
When reached by email they get very defensive and deny any fault and so I've had an ISO in storage that I can't do anything with.
To hell with Dynaverse and the slumlord that runs it. The place is a ripoff and I wish GOG would send their lawyers at them because I seriously doubt they actually legally own the rights to SFC2/Orion Pirates in perpetuity considering that Interplay/Taldren don't even exist anymore. How this nobody managed to do this is anyone's guess.
