Basically, a great game. The writing and dialogues are great and the graphics are nice.

Although, the game / puzzle design is a bit off.

Mission 1: for preventing Breddell fleeing, you have to sabotage the shuttle bay. But how could one know when first playing and before encountering Breddell. And for the ending, it was kind of using Spock randomly on consoles.

Mission 2: almost 100% technobabble and randomly using consoles. Even after I played it with a walkthrough I don't know what happened. They shut down some pollution but not the food? In my first try, I accidentaly shut it down and the mission failed as I "doomed" the natives somehow. What might be the difference here?
Mission 3: nice, it really nails the atmosphere of a "crew finds planet with strange earth-like environment" episodes. Although it is not very intuitive that you have to use McCoy's stuff to heal animals or drug the soldiers (okay, it is not very far-fetched, too".

Mission 4: more technobabble

It kind of goes on this way, unfortunately. Many puzzles are based on technobabble where you just guess, use Spock and the tricorder and hope something happens.

But for Star Trek fans, it is a recommendable game bexause of the atmosphere, dialogue (original cast!) and writing.
