Hello!

After installing, I click on the desktop icon created by the installer and the game is kind of slow and sluggish. It helps a bit to press CTRL + F8, but not to a really smooth game.

Then I remembered what worked with another game: not using the gog desktop icon but starting the game via launching DOSBox first (then entering the commands or editing the BAT accordingly).

But then, the game starts and shows a black screen. After I press a key, there is a DOS error "cannot find FED.VCC".

Are there suggestions?

Supplement:

It seems the game itself is running okay with CTRL+F12 (won't use CTRL+F8 because in the meantime I read this can lead to lags).

So, it is just the mouse that lags, still after trying various stuff like sensitivity or autolock.
