blueskirt42: I'm fairly certain that you can die if you react badly or not quickly enough to dangerous situations. And I don't recall there being any dead ends, you will not get stuck into an unsolvable situation because you forgot to do something earlier. That being said you can most assuredly get locked into the bad ending if you get too many bad ratings during away missions. I suggest that you keep a back up savegame at the start of every mission, that way you will have a savegame to load should you screw up badly during a mission.
