I'm having issues with Star Trek: Hidden evil. It keeps crashing to desktop after mission 6. The cutscene has 3 places where it freezes up for a second, and then it freezes during the loading screen for the next mission. I've tried this a dozen times and it always freezes and crashes at the same point. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and rebooted the computer.

I'm not sure how to get my system specifications

EDIT I did find that uninstalling and reinstalling using the offline installer seems to work.
