Mine *did* work, then it didn't, then it did, then it didn't. (Wouldn't even show the 3dfx/Direct3D/etc selector box).

I finally tried "Run as Administrator..." and that worked fine.

I switched Nglide to Direct X using the Nglide Config, then set the resolution for 1024x768, disabled full screen optimazations and now the game runs smooth as butter.
