Hello,
I'm looking for some help with trying to get BC installed from my original CD. Everytime I click on install the screen turns black and then reverts back to the desktop. Task manager shows the install process is still running in the back ground but it doesn't use any CPU resources except 1.5Mb of RAM. I've tried copying the files to a USB drive, HDD and transfering the install files from my sons computer which is able to install and run the game. I've tried to troubleshoot using the compatibily tool using the windows xp service pack 2/3 settings but to no avail. I'm hoping someone on here can help me sort this issue out.
My system specs are:
Edition : Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Verison : 21H1
OS build : 19043.1348
Experience : Windows feature experience pack 120.2212.3920.0
CPU : Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard : MSI B450-A Pro max
Ram : 16Gb 3200MHz
GPU : Gefore GTX 1070
