My game crashes to desktop after completing the hail the khitomer segment and before I can warp to savoy. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have the same issue. Tried about 20 diff times to try to get past it. Actually the first crash happened after I finished the mission but now my progress reset and it won't let me warp out of the Starbase.

I was able to fix this by going back 1 mission to the Nightingale and starting over from there. It finally let me continue once I finished that mission again.

Wish we had more checkpoints or just save at any time.
