Is there any way to take it out of fullscreen? I need a smaller window in order to play while at work :)

Yes, using the DX settings in the gog launcher, or dxcfg.exe in the installation folder.

Thanks! Any idea how to get it to a movable window, or at least choose which monitor it launches on?

Win + Shift + Arrow is not moving it, and I can't click on the frame.

No, I don't think so. Remember this game was originally made in 2001.
