Hi, when I try to start the game in windows 10, Dos Box starts then immediately crashes to the desktop. Anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, you need to check your startup-sequence--you probably have something wrong there. If you don't know what I mean, then uninstall the game and then reinstall it, taking care that you do not install it into c:\program files (x86)

In the game's install setup, set the game to install into C:\GOG\St25--anywhere except c:\program files (x86)

Did you solve the DosBox problem. I am finding that currently non of my DosBox games will launch. seems to freeze at the first emulator window. No cursor active and when I alt-tab out and come back in I get the not responding message.

System specs.
Windows 10 Professional 64Bit. 32GB Ram.
I5 Sandybridge Processor 3.6GHZ.
GTX 780 Graphics card.
Soundblaster Z Audio Card.
XBox one controller for Windows.

I have just reinstalled Windows 10 to see if it would resolve my issues as I have played DosBox games prior upgrading the RAM from 8GB.

There's your problem. Unplug it. A recent-ish driver update is causing conflicts, and not just DOSBox.

I see they finally fixed the X-Box controller issue.

I cant type anything in DOSbox and in Turbo c++

I can't get Pirates! Gold to work. It crashes on DOSBOX. Is there a fix?

The game is installed on a separate drive then my OS.
